Support resources and onboarding guidance

User responsibilities

Maintain the security of your credentials

Service limitations

Availability subject to scheduled maintenance
AI output depends on provided data and prompts
No guarantee of specific sales outcomes

Intellectual property

Honeytrail retains ownership of platform technology
Customers retain ownership of their data
Limited license granted for platform usage
Respect for third-party intellectual property rights

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with reasonable notice. Upon termination, access to the service is discontinued and outstanding fees become due.
